Metadata for silent revisions
Where indicated at handover that a contributor has made a change to the document, but the revision should be treated as a silent change (e.g. the reviser should remain anonymous) add a metaDescribes element with predicate='revised'.
Set the value of this metaDescribes element to 'silent'.
//metaDescribes[@predicate='revised'][.='silent']
If the name of contributor is provided, but they are denoted as 'silent' only capture this using the element above. Do not capture the contributor name in a creatorGroup.
