Nested lists
Indentation may be used on the printed page to indicate references to subsections. Use nested list1, list2, list3 ... listN elements to capture this structure, increasing with each level of indentation.
For example, in the Table of Statutes, list1 is used for the top-level list (the names of the Acts) and list2 is used for references to sections within the Acts.
