Headnote Subsequent stages and Related developments fields

If the case has been taken to appeal or to a further hearing since the decision under consideration was made, the hearings are listed in the Subsequent Developments field. If there are developments in another case related to the decision under consideration, the hearings are listed in the Related Developments field.

Capture each new reference in a bibItem, within a new consid element. Set the attribute role="subsequentDevelopment" or role="relatedDevelopment".

If the Subsequent developments field contains a comment on the possibility of subsequent developments, rather than the details of subsequent developments themselves. For example, Final decision, not subject to appeal. Capture them inside a consid element without a role attribute and without a bibItem element.
