ORO frontmatter and endmatter content chunking
If OUP requests it, identify frontmatter and endmatter sections as individual pages for online publishing by using content chunking. Chunk content by using attribute isChunk="yes" on miscMatter and div1 elements. For content that is not chunked set attribute isChunk="skip".
OUP will identify sections that are to be chunked, and sections that are not chunked.
OUP will also identify any sections that are print-only. In these cases, use display="print" as described in Marking print-only and online-only content.
Any section that is chunked must contain a titleGroup for use as a table of contents (TOC) when online.
A div1 cannot be chunked if the miscMatter it occurs within is also chunked.
