OSEO Biblical references

Biblical references should be captured using bibItem.

Add the following attributes:

title	Bible
sectRef	A string consisting of the (abbreviated) name of the book, the chapter and verse numbers, separated by full stops. Chapter and verse numbers should be captured as arabic numbers in this attribute, even if they are roman numerals in the text. If the reference is to a range of chapters or verses, put only the start of the range in the attribute.
