Ignore special formatting in the original document used to emphasize the heading (bold, italic, font size, full capitalization, etc.) and only capture the text.

If a heading is numbered or otherwise enumerated, capture the enumerator within enumerator tags. Heading numbers may consist of arabic or roman numerals, sequences of letters, etc.

Include any punctuation associated with the number (e.g. following full stop, surrounding parentheses, etc.) in the enumerator element.
