Countries as treaty parties (IIC Instrument)
Capture treaty party names (including bilateral, model, and multilateral treaties), that refer to countries using the countryName element. Do not capture separators between country names (bullet points, semicolons, etc.).
/regGroup/regMeta/country/countryName
/regGroup/regMeta/country/countryName/@ISOcountry
Capture the country name in the countryName element and set the optional attribute ISOcountry to the relevant ISO 3166 country code. If the country does not have an ISO code, for example because it ceased to be a country prior to 1974 when the ISO standard was introduced, please contact OUP. If a code cannot be assigned, omit the ISOcountry attribute.
