MPECCOL element identifiers

MPECCOL e element id attributes follow the pattern law-mpeccol-e1

MPECCOL entry id attributes have the format

law-mpeccol-ennn

where nnn is the number of the article as specified by OUP.

Some other elements can also have id values. The id attribute value for elements other than e must follow the general format

law-mpeccol-ennn-elementName-nn
