Medicine family: images in emphasised text
Where an emphasised text section contains only an image do not capture emphasis.
Do not use attribute role="emphasis" when an emphasized section contains only an image. Capture the image using either a graphic or figure element according to the general TCI instructions or the manifest file if applicable.
