Cross-references to glossaries or definitions of words or phrases

Words or phrases in the text may be highlighted or formatted in such a way as to indicate that they are defined in a glossary or note. Capture these as a cross reference (formatting need not be captured).

Words or phrases defined in a glossary should link to the list item in which they are defined.
