It is common for a form to appear in both titles of a Therapist Guide and Workbook pair sharing the same title

Capture the interactive PDF once only, using the Workbook form as the authoritative version, and copy it into the media folder for specified related titles. However, image PDFs should be captured all the time for each title (so that the page numbers properly reflect print page numbering for a specific title).
