For ORR, capture every part element with attribute role="article".

The headings are usually enumerated with a label for example, Part II, Part A, or Section A. Nested parts may occur if there are multiple heading levels above groups of entries. It is also possible that a single entry occurs before any of the parts begin.

Example with nests of multiple parts and an entry outside of the initial part structure.
