Partial translations of non-roman decisions
Where the original language judgment is in a non-roman script and is not captured as XML, the structure of a partial translation differs slightly.
Capture the translation in a judgment element with as many div1 children as required for the main decision and any separate opinions with translated sections.
As there is no XML structure to follow in the original-language version, capture each separately translated section in its own div2 element within the appropriate div1. Give the div2 element an attribute versionType="trans", but do not give it a versionOf attribute.
