Compound names in name groups

A compound name is a connecting word such as of in a name like Odard of Bamburgh, where the main name by which the name may be alphabetized follows the word.

nameGrp/@compoundName

The word may or may be capitalized.

In non-English names, e.g. "van Gogh", "de Broglie", the connecting word is usually regarded as part of the main name and compoundName should not be used.

In English names with this style, the main name is usually what follows "of", and compoundName should be used.
