Oxford University Press Text Capture Instructions

Multi-person entry encylopedic information

The capture of encyclopedic information for a multi-person entry where the information about that person occurs directly after each and both the headwords and before the main sense content.

Where there is encyclopaedic information for more than one "person" or the information is relevant to the sense(s) then capture it within the appropriate headwordInfo section for the main headwordGroup or altHeadwordGroup. If it exists, capture encyclopaedic information that belongs to both persons in the main section textMatter directly within a p using correct span tags.
