Scholarly perspective entries

Entries that represent Scholarly Perspectives are identified in the content with a boxed SP preceding the headword. These entries need to be identified in the XML using the e elements type="perspective" attribute.

Scholarly Perspectives are identified in the content with a preceding the headword. Do not capture the boxed SP characters in the XML.

For sub-entries in eSub elements, use type="perspective".
