University presses' monographs that are published on the OSO platform use the Oxford Scholarship Online (OSO) TCIs.

These instructions extend Oxford Scholarship Online (OSO) general instructions.

    Capture the product and publishing group values for the partner presses in the bookMeta/metaDescribes element.

  2. Element identifiers for partner presses (id attribute)

    For partner presses, set the first component in each id attribute (before the ISBN) to upso and not acprof or oso.

  3. DOI values for partner presses

    Format of the DOI prefix for each publisher.

  4. UPSO subject and subdiscipline values

    UPSO titles can use the full list of subjects and subdisciplines. OSO titles use a limited subset of the full list.

  5. OSO, Oxford Law Pro and UPSO Chunk PDFs

    All OSO titles require chunk PDFs for online purposes.
