Video Listings (Medical Textbooks)

Some Medical Textbook chapters end with a listing of the videos linked from within the text. Capture this listing at the very end of the chapter as a div1 within a miscMatterGroup with the title Additional online material and attribute role="additional online material".

The content of the div1 should be a list, which need only contain <?Insert-Media?> processing instructions; this is used to generate information about the videos from the relevant mediaGroup elements.
