OCW version information

Populate the version information group of elements from the headnote.

Version

Populate the versionInfo group as follows:

Original date

Populate the origDate element from the "origDate" field in the headnote spreadsheet

Version number

Capture the Version field from the headnote in the versionNum element

Version Description

The versionDesc element should indicate the workflow stage using one of the following values:

Proofs
Complete
Update
