Locking fix - No numbering
For parallel text pages where there is no numbering, add milestone elements into both versions.
The milestone elements need to have unit="line", role="hidden", and matching values in the num attribute for the corresponding parallel text pages.
Example
- num="1" for first line of the 1st page in original (half way down page 4)
- num="2" for first line of the 2nd page in original (page 6)
- num="3" for first line of the 3rd page in original (page 8)
- ...
- num="1" for first line of the 1st page in translation (half way down page 5)
- num="2" for first line of the 2nd page in translation (page 7)
- num="3" for first line of the 3rd page in translation (page 9)
- ...
This would continue for on the first lines for all pages in both versions of the parallel text content.
Whenever these milestones are requested by OUP within the manifest document or through
correction instructions, add matching altNum attribute to each set of
hidden milestone elements described above.
