MINI	Mini table of contents for a Section

Mini tables of contents appear at the beginning of sections and list the sub-section headings. Mini TOCs in sections of text must be identified by OUP. In frontlist titles they are identified with typecode MINI, in backlist titles they must be identified by editorial with a manifest.

Capture these mini TOCs in a list with class="contents"inside the first p of the preliminary sub-section. Use xref to cross reference sub-section headings listed in the mini TOC to the relevant section heading.
