Answer explanations

Explanations are an explantory statement after an answer that details why an anwer is correct or incorrect. Capture these with attribute role="explanation”.

If the explanation is in a separate paragraph, give the p element the attribute role="explanation”.

When the p element which contains the explanation also contains the answer, enclosed in its xrefGrp and xref elements as described above, give the p element the attribute role="explanation".

If there are multiple paragraphs of explanation, mark them all with attribute role="explanation”.
