Book

Book references must have class='book'.

Care should be taken that the reference is not to a chapter of a book rather than an entire book.

A book reference usually contains the following attributes:

Attribute	Description
author	Author name(s). The author of a book may occasionally be an organization
class	`book`
collection	`Collection to which a work belongs`
date	Date of publication. Always a year.
dateEnd	End date of a range starting in the date field
doiTarget	DOI of work Only allowed in OBO.
edition	Details of the edition of the book. Often a number preceded or followed by "ed." (not to be confused with "ed." indicating the editor of a book). May be a statement such as "revised ed.", "rev. ed.", "new ed.". Not always present.
editor	Editor name(s).
isbn	The ISBN of the book. Not always present.
place	Location a work was published or where it is housed
publisher	Entity responsible for publishing the work
title	Title of book.
translator	The translator(s) of a book.
url	URL of an online resource
vol	Volume number. Usually an arabic number but may sometimes be a roman numeral. Not always present.
