Titles and academic qualifications in name groups

Capture titles, honours, academic qualifications, etc., appearing after a person's name in the title attribute.
If there is more than one title, include all the titles in the attribute, using the same separator character as the source document.
Examples of text that needs capturing in the title attribute include:
- CBE
- QC
- PhD
- Duke of ... [after a name]
- Fifth Earl of [after a name]
- Count of [after a name]
Where titles have been identified as aristocratic (using typecode TITLE), also include a role of 'aristocratic'.
Avoid confusing these with subsidiary names.
