Link type for repeated references
For Law products, for subsequent instances of a reference use the sameTarget or sameTargetRoot attributes and repeat the linkType information along with other attributes.
For other products that do not use sameTarget or sameTargetRoot, refer to the first instance in order to populate the linkType attribute.
You might find the link type information declared on an instance other than the first (e.g. within the Instruments Cited
field of
a case report headnote.
