Law BibItems: Use of Ibid. in notes and reference lists

If an Ibid. reference is to a case or an instrument, it must also have either a sameTarget or sameTargetRoot attribute to indicate which bibItem it refers to.

If the “Ibid.” refers to the same document or part, use sameTarget. If the Ibid. is followed by text that refers to a different part of the document, use sameTargetRoot. The target id within sameTarget or sameTargetRoot must be the same as the target of the xref element.
