OxPsych: PDFs
Capture instructions for PDFs in the Clinical Psychology Online product.
This topic extends the general instruction for PDFs: PDF Forms.
All indicated pages should be captured twice, once as an image PDF and once as a PDF with interactive fields.
- Each PDF should have a credit footer presented in the following format:
[author 1], [author 2], [author 3]
[book title, no subtitle]. Copyright © [book copyright year] by [copyright holder]

- Each PDF must be designed with Adobe Garamond at point size 10.5.
- Capture each image PDF that appears in the book - even if the PDF form has been repeated. This is to retain typesetting of that page, including indivud
- Capture each interactive PDF only once. Do not capture multiple interactive PDFs of the same Form. If an interactive PDF is referred to more than once in a book, point the reference back to the individual interactive PDF file. For interactive PDFs used across multiple books, use the same interactive PDF form and copy it into the assets folder for each of the titles using it.
- If a PDF has multiple pages that are identifical versions of the same page, capture only the first page.
- A caption must be declared within the media element. Use the title of the PDF - these can be found at the top of the form page.
- Form PDF(s) must have the embedded fonts used to typeset the PDF.
