For books where the author name for each div1 appears in the running head:
- Capture the author name in element:
/div1/titleGroup/creatorInfo - Collate all the div1 authors for the chapter and place them in element:
//chapter/metaInfo/creatorGroup
If the first page of a chapter does not start with a titled div1 division, insert a titleGroup element with the same title as the chapter. Capture the preliminary text under this div1 division.
