OSH (Oxford Specialist Handbooks)

A rules that apply to the Oxford Specialist Handbook (OSH) series of medical titles.

Many titles have chapters with topics arranged in A-Z order. These chapters behave as any other chapter; do not implement the specific A-Z rule, A-Z Chunking rules.

When an OSH title contains videos, create an endMatter section between Appendix and Index entitled 'Videos'. Give this section the attribute display="online". Inside this section place an <?Insert Media?> processing instruction inside its own paragraph tag for each of the videos in the book.

Wherever a video icon ( media/image84.png ) occurs in the book, insert an xref which targets the Videos endMatter section. If the icon occurs at the start of a title element, move the xref to the end of the title.

OUP supply a list that gives you the caption for each of the videos. Use the caption as the title of the corresponding media element.
