Capture the type of entry or headword (where specified) as type.

Capture headwords that are people using the attribute type="person". Capture the name within them using nameGrp.
Capture headwords that are places using the attribute type="place". These should always have the place within them captured using the place element.
Capture headwords that are books or other printed documents using the attribute type="literature".
