Law tables in law apps monographs
bibItems within law tables require some bare minimum capture, regardless of specified law bibitem capture level, in order for app functionality to work.
Even if an APP book is set to generic XML, all tables of legal bibItems should be captured as miscMatter class="lawTable".
All bibItems in a Table of Cases should be class="case-ref".
All bibItems in any other lawTable should be class="intinstr". This does not require subject matter expertise or individual classification; they can all be set to the same class.
