Oxford University Press Text Capture Instructions

Headnote Report Status field

Editors use the Report status field to record what is included, excluded, and being prepared for the case report.

headNote/reportStatusGrp/reportStatus

For example, “Judgment now available”, “Analysis added” and “Translation being prepared”. The field can contain multiple separate comments about the case report’s status.

Capture status codes based on the comments in this field in the reportStatus element. If there are multiple different comments in the field, then capture a reportStatus element for each one.

  • For headnotes where the first item in the Governing Law field includes NAFTA or North American Free Trade Agreement capture naftaCase in a reportStatus element.
