Each book has two contents lists. Capture these as two sibling miscMatter elements within the /book/frontMatter/miscMatterGroup element.

Capture different levels of headings using the appropriate div[1-7,N] level. That is, make use of dummy divisions.

Capture Case-based discussions questions and answers within role="Q" and role="A" respectively.

In some of the books in this series, symbols () represent different types of boxed matter. Capture these symbols as inline images. The key to their meaning is in the front matter of the book. If it is not ask OUP to supply the key. Insert the key as a new miscMatter section, with the title Key to symbols used in this book.
