BPS: Questions and Answers - Online-Only Annual Updates
The XML data set from the previous year's edition should always be the starting point for annual content updates of online-only questions.
If capturing online-only Annual Updates for BPI - Investigators content, update the online-only questions in the OxStructML document. (The document should contain all of the questions and answers for BPI. The Questions should appear within a div1 role='Q' titled 'Questions' and the answers should appear within a div1 role='A' titled 'Answers').
If capturing online-only Annual Updates for BPM - Police Manuals content, update the online-only questions in the OxStructML documents. The documents element must have a titleGroup and title.
Ensure that there is a document element for each of the four Police books ('Crime', 'Evidence and Procedure', 'Road Policing', 'General Police Duties'.) Each document must contain a docMeta that matches the information from the docMeta in documents. Each individual document should contain both a div1 role='Q' title 'Questions' and a div1 role='A' titled 'Answers'.
These XML files should be updated with content updates, revisions, and deletions provided by authors in track-changes Word files.
