Online only paragraph numbering
Capture online only paragraph numbers when it is requested for particular titles. Where paragraph numbers are not already in the manuscript, they should be added.
//enumerator[@display="online"]/@role="paraNum"
Capture the enumerator with display="online".
Example:

<enumerator role="paraNum" display="online">15.89</enumerator>
