Questions can contain a paragraph of instructions such as Pick one answer only or For each of the following scenarios, choose the most appropriate option from the list below. Capture question instructions as as p elements with attribute role="instruction".

Instructions are always used in EMQ questions and can appear in SBA or TFMCQ questions.

Where instructions are in the same paragraph as the question they should be included in the p element with the role attribute of question, and not marked up on their own.
