Max Planck Encyclopedia URLs in citations
Capture URLs added to a citation in a url attribute of the bibItem element.
If a reference includes a URL in brackets, capture the content of the brackets as the value of the url attribute of the bibItem.
If {curly brackets} are used, then do not capture the URL in the text, and omit it instead.
If <angle brackets> are used, then do capture the URL in the text as normal.
