OSEO IDs and DOIs

The OSEO product uses a different style of IDs and DOIs.

For OSEO IDs, do not use the ancestorID. The format to use for all IDs follows the pattern:

productID-documentID-elementName-nn

For OSEO DOIs, use the element name not the element code.
