Format for IIC Yearbook & Journal Article id attribute.

For IIC Journal Articles, format the id attribute value as follows:
law-iic-journalnnn-elementName-nn
For IIC Yearbook Articles, format the id attribute value as follows:
law-iic-ISBN-yearbooknnn-elementName-nn
Where:

law-iic - is a constant
-
ISBN - is the 13-digit ISBN of the book
-
journal - is a constant
-
yearbook - is a yearbook-specific code provided by OUP, e.g. 'bybil', 'yiilp'
-
nnn - is the number assigned by OUP to the article (appearing in the file name and in the ID field of the metadata template)
-
elementName - is the element name containing the
id -
nn - is a unique and sequential value, that follows on from the preceding element with the same name
The exception to the general pattern is the root element, whose format is:

law-iic-ISBN-yearbooknnn(for Yearbook articles) -
law-iic-journalnnn(for Journal articles)
