Century in profile metadata dates

Insert a metaDescribes with predicate="century" and value yes when capturing a date associated with the key word "century".

Century dates will contain the keyword 'cent.' or 'century' after a date. Capture centuries as a range, where the metaDescribes predicate='isoStart' is January 1st, of the first year of that one hundred year set (i.e., for the 17th century, this would be '1601'), and the metaDescribes predicate='isoEnd' is December 31st of the centenial year (i.e. for the 17th century this would be '1700').
