Headnote key subjects and keywords

Keywords selected from a list of options by the authors act as a taxonomy for searching for law reports. Capture one or more key subjects in a keyCatGrp group, and one or more keywords in a keyWrdGrp group.

Check the keywords against the approved list. If the headnote contains keywords or key subjects that are not in an approved list, please inform your contact at OUP.

    Capture key subjects in a keyCatGrp element. There must be a minimum of one key subject for each headnote. Capture each key subject in a keyCat element.

  2. Headnote keywords

    Capture keywords in a keyWrdGrp group. There must be a minimum of one keyword for each headnote. Capture each selected keyword line in a separate keyWrd element.
