Bilateral Treaty

Bilateral treaties are treaties made between two states.

In English text the full title of the reference is often be in Title Case.

The title component always contains the names of the two states.

If an international instrument can be identified as a bilateral treaty, it is preferable to choose the Bilateral Treaty subclass over the Treaty subclass. However, if the treaty can be identified as a Bilateral Investment Treaty), then it is preferable to choose that subclass over the Bilateral Treaty subclass.
