For the ODNB product, all images must be sized at no more than 300px down the longest side.
All other core instructions for images should be followed.
Note on Handover: For this product, text articles will be handed over as manuscripts along with a Transmittal Sheet (which is mapped to particular metadata sections covered by the TCIs below). Where manuscripts contain a DAM ID and are handed over DAM metadata export file, capture the manuscript as usual and capture an additional media article XML file.
For this product, the Transmittal Sheet will be provided as part of handover. The fields on that sheet map to the TCIs listed below - use the values provided on that sheet to capture the appropriate XML structures.
