Author names in titles
Capture author names that are displayed in a chunk of content in a creatorInfo element within the titleGroup.

Capture each individual author name in a nameGrp element. Capture joining text (such as "Edited by") and punctuation alongside the nameGrp element in a p element.
Capture contributor bylines, if present, within the creatorInfo element, alongside the contributor name.
Also capture the author information in a creator element within the metaInfo as metadata for the chunk.
creatorInfo is only used to replicate content
display - a creator is required as metadata for a chunk, whether the
information is displayed as content or not. If the author is displayed, then the
creatorInfo (for display) and creator (for metadata)
should both have the same name.
creatorInfo can not be used in articles (e) - see Author name in sections.
