BPS: Division Levels
Each chapter may be divided into sections (numbered n.n.n) and subsections (numbered n.n.n.n). The div1 and div2 elements (respectively) should be used for these.
These numbers indicating a section may or may not contain an additional heading. In some cases the number may line up against a feature (a Keynote, Offence, or Example) or a PACE Extract. Ensure that these enumerators are captured as div1 or div2 headings of the mainText and not captured within the feature or extract. The feature or extract must be contained within the division indicated by the enumerator.
