OXIO Headnote: originating or 'about' jurisdictions (international organisations or states)

Capture the originating or 'about' jurisdictions from the headnote within a jurisdiction or jurisdictionRelatedin the source document XML. Do not capture any jurisdiction information in the headnote XML.

Only capture jurisdiction info within the source document XML.

Within jurisdictionGroup or headNote:

  • Capture the originating jurisdiction (provided in the headnote field 'Organization or state that this headnote is from') in jurisdiction.
  • Capture the 'about' jurisdiction (provided in the headnote field 'Organization or state that this headnote is about') in jurisdictionRelated with a role of 'about'.

Where a code is provided in square brackets:

  • If the jurisdiction is a country with an ISO country code, capture the code in the ISOcountry attribute.
  • If the jurisdiction is not a country, capture the code in the court attribute.
