judgment/@type
Use the type attribute to indicate whether the decision is in:
- The original language (value
"orig") - An official English translation (value "
trans") - An unofficial English translation (value
"unofficialTrans") - A partial (unofficial) English translation (value
"partialTrans") - A partial official English translation (value
"partialOfficialTrans").
To determine whether a translated judgment is official, unofficial, or partial, check the filename of the supplied document against the OUP file naming conventions.

Where the two versions are supplied together in a single document, the English version is always the official translation, that is type="trans". If a judgment document includes both original-language and English-translation versions side by side, capture the versions as two separate XML documents. Capture the foreign-language version in a judgment type="orig" element, and the English translation in a separate judgment type="trans" element.
