COTUS Monographs repealed articles
If repealed articles have bold headings in the table of contents (TOC) or are generally treated as chapters in the same book, capture them in their own chapter.
Do not nest repealed articles within the previous article. For example, in the TOC example
from California, Article XXII
forms a new chapter element, the same
as Article XXI
.
