Where an answer section contains all of the optional answers from a question assessed as either "True" or "False", capture the question and answer as a TFMCQ. In some cases a question may consist of a single answer option which is assessed as either "True" or "False". When this kind of question is a part of a series of TFMCQ questions that have multiple answer options capture this as a TFMCQ type question, not an SBA type.
Capture the p element that contains the question with attribute role="question". If the question spans multiple paragraphs, capture all the corresponding p with role="question" also. Do not confuse questions with instructions and scenarios.
All sentences with a question mark are questions. There can also be questions that are posed as a statement, phrase, or a single word, as in the example below.
Answers state whether the option was "True" or "False" and can be followed by an explanation. Capture answers and answer explanations together in a p element. Mark up the word "True" or "False" in an xrefGrp element with role="answer". The ref attribute has the same value as the id of the multiple choice option from the question. All question options will be marked with an answer of "True" or "False" so all answers must cross reference the matching question option as given by the letter enumerator.
