IIC Treaty element identifiers

Format for IIC Treaty id attribute.

These instructions extend the general instructions.

For IIC Treaties, the id attribute value must follow the format:

law-iic-ov-jj-elementName-nn

Where:

law-iic-ov: is a constant
jj: is the (lower-case) two-letter ISO 3166 code for the country that is the subject of the overview corresponding to thecountry code in the document title at /document/titleGroup/title/p[@role="ISOcountry"].
elementName: is the element name containing the id
nn: is a unique and sequential value, that follows on from the preceding element with the same name

The exception to the general pattern is the root element, whose format is law-iic-ov-jj.
